Skagit humane society - Shelter Reopening Status Update. We wanted to update you all on our plans during this time. We will not be completely reopening to the public until we can provide PPE for all of our staff and volunteers to protect their health and the health of the visiting public. We anticipate that being the case on approximately June 1st.
